Angela Taylor

Founder and owner

I worked in various sectors before finding my way to international education. I spent over two decades in the TV, public relations, and music industries and for more than 18 of those years, I was in television programme acquisitions. This meant working for renowned channels such as Discovery, Living, Travel Channel and Teachers TV. I loved what I was doing, especially helping to choose educational content for Teachers TV but I felt the overwhelming desire to make a bigger difference in people’s lives. My role involved sourcing and evaluating the documentary content for both Travel and Teachers TV channels. This knowledge and experience led me to move into international education, student counselling, and the delivery of training solutions for overseas business clients.

Now more than a decade later, I’m proud to say that we work with over 95 language schools and more than 85 universities here in the UK. We also offer study abroad options at many more education and training institutions overseas, in Ireland, Canada, Spain, Australia, the US and other countries.

I’m equally proud of our track record of helping hundreds of delighted students and clients around the world to fulfil their ambitions and find the education or training option that best suits their skills and needs.

Now every heartfelt testimonial from a student or client gives me immense personal satisfaction. It makes all the hard work of the team at Atava immensely worthwhile. Knowing that we are making changes in the lives of all our clients is hugely gratifying.

Ibtihal Masmoudi

Ibtihal leads Atava’s admissions team and brings over eight years of experience supporting international students with their study plans in the UK. She works closely with students at every stage of the admissions journey, from course selection to applications and documentation, ensuring the process is clear, organised, and well paced.

Known for her calm and structured approach, Ibtihal helps students feel confident in their decisions and supported throughout their journey. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, shopping, and discovering new experiences.

Abdullah

Abdullah Laroussi

Admissions Assistant

Abdullah supports international students throughout the admissions process, from shortlisting suitable courses and institutions to submitting applications and tracking progress right through to enrolment. He takes the time to understand each student’s preferences and ensures they meet the relevant entry requirements at every stage.

Known for his calm and supportive approach, Abdullah enjoys helping students feel confident and informed as they prepare to start their studies in the UK. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Netflix and anime, and reading Korean manhwa and Japanese manga.

Yusuf Gungor

Admissions Assistant

Yusuf plays a key role in supporting student applications, from checking qualifications and researching suitable courses to preparing and submitting applications. He is detail-oriented and reliable, making sure nothing is missed as students move through the admissions process.

Naturally curious and technically minded, Yusuf is the person the team turns to when something needs figuring out. Outside of work, he enjoys learning about computers and aviation and has a long-standing interest in aircraft and how they work.

Krupali Vora

Senior Marketing Executive

Krupali leads Atava’s marketing and digital communications, with over 10 years of experience in the education and immigration sector. She works across content, social media, email, paid campaigns, and university partnerships, focusing on making information clear, useful, and accessible for international students.

She enjoys combining creativity with strategy and is always looking for better ways to improve how Atava communicates and supports students. Outside of work, she enjoys playing chess, dancing, and expressing her creativity through drawing.
